When the operation mode is changed or the load at the primary side is too large, the crossing power and current at the primary side increase, and the current at the secondary side of the current transformer also begins to increase, and the terminals that are not tightly crimped will overheat. The contact resistance value increases due to the poor contact of the terminal connecting piece at the secondary side of the current transformer. When the current passes through, the temperature of the local contact surface increases gradually, and the surrounding materials are heated up. The heat dissipation in the box is not good, the oxidation of the contact surface of the terminal is accelerated, the resistance value is further increased, and the long-time heating and vibration make the terminal loose. Starting from the overheated contact surface, the contact surface has developed around The terminal block is also gradually overheated and burnt, and the burned area is gradually increased. There are problems in the terminal quality of current transformer, such as the screw thread of the bolt is not standard, the insulating plastic is thin and the strength is not enough, and it is easy to slide, damage or break in the installation process.
